620-861-1900I am the co-owner and director of Kansas Roots Basketball. I grew up in Sublette, KS.
I have always had a passion for being in the gym whether it be officiating, coaching, or as a former college player. We have one beautiful 4yr old daughter who many of you will see at the tournaments this season! As director I hope to give all kids the opportunity to do what they love, play basketball. I am excited to continue serving Kansas kids for many years to come through Kansas Roots Basketball.

Andrew Meairs
Co-Owner
andrewm@ksrbasketball.comI am a co-owner of Kansas Roots Basketball and a passionate advocate for youth development through sports. I was raised in SW Kansas and grew up playing a variety of sports where I learned lessons of discipline, mental strength, teamwork, and perseverance at an early age. These experiences not only shaped a love for competition but also provided some great memories for life. Now, as a husband and father of three, I am dedicated to creating a positive and competitive learning environment for young athletes. Through Kansas Roots Basketball, I am committed to helping kids develop their skills while fostering strong character and teamwork.

Tiffany Briggs
Assistant Coordinator + Media
At Kansas Roots Basketball, I have the privilege of wearing a few different hats. I enjoy capturing moments on and off the court that tell the story of our athletes and KSRB as an organization.
In addition to capturing photography and video for our social media team, I assist the director with whatever is needed to help things run smoothly—from organizing events to helping with behind-the-scenes logistics. I enjoy being a reliable part of the team and stepping in wherever I can make a difference.
One of the most meaningful parts of my role is getting to watch our students grow over the years—not just as players, but as people. Seeing their development and being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding, and it’s a big reason why I love being part of Kansas Roots.

Jesse Stehr
Lead Official-Assignor
jesses@ksrbasketball.comI am the assignor for the officials and a Supervisor for KSR Basketball. I grew up in Kansas City and played Basketball and Soccer through College. Currently I officiate basketball in 4 collegiate conferences and 8 High-School Leagues across numerous States. The only thing I love more than calling this beautiful game is the family that surrounds me while I do it. And that includes yours! I hope I can make every event feel as special as it does to host them. So if you see me in passing feel free to speak, and if you see me on the floor feel free to yell.
